Project Case Study: Nike Studio Fleece x Pantone Sundays Pop-Up
Overview
To launch the Nike Studio Fleece collection, we bridged the gap between traditional retail and youth culture by bringing a bespoke Sportscene pop-up directly into Pantone Sundays—later scaling the concept for the Cool Gray Edition takeover at Huddle Park. The goal was to transform a product drop into an immersive, community-driven retail experience centered on self-expression and style during Women’s Month.
My Role & Contribution
Pop-Up Spatial Ideation: Conceptualized the modular retail layout, visual hierarchy, and brand touchpoints to translate Sportscene and Nike’s retail identity into an open-air event space.
Experiential Flow & Design: Designed the interactive consumer journey, balancing product discovery zones with dedicated spaces for live engagement.
On-Site Activation Execution: Directed the integration of live styling and customisation stations—featuring local creative Yona—ensuring the physical build enhanced both product interaction and brand narrative.
The Concept & Experience
Rather than relying on static display structures, the pop-up was built around tactile interaction. The spatial design prioritized high-visibility display elements paired with dynamic customization tables, allowing guests to personalize their fleece on the spot. By merging architectural flow with live cultural programming, the retail zone became a central hub for product discovery, community gathering, and visual storytelling.
Results & Impact
